Blend dried chilies and Sichuan pepper corn until powdery texture<br \/>\n2. Heat oil in a pan, over high heat, stir fry the mixture for 5 secs until fragrance<br \/>\n3. Brown the beef then add minced garlic and ginger, also add the Doubanjiang sauce, stir fry for a min<br \/>\n4. Add cornstarch mixture, soy sauce, sugar, stock powder. Mix well<br \/>\n5. Drop in the cubed tofu, slowly and gently mixing it together,<br \/>\n6.
