Heat a generous amount of cooking oil to a skillet on medium heat to shallow fry then fry your paneer for 4-5 minutes until browned on the edges<br \/>\n2. Heat your cooking oil in a pan on medium heat, then add mustard seed and let them pop. Then add the jeera seeds allowing to fry for a couple minutes<br \/>\n3. Add your chopped onions allowing it to brown around the edges<br \/>\n4. Add the blended tomato can, tomato pure\u0301e, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, turmeric and chilli powder. Let that simmer for 5 minutes.<br \/>\n5. Add in frozen peas and cover the pan to let it cook through for another 5 minutes covering the pan.<br \/>\n6. Add in your paneer allowing all the juices to soak in for an additional 5 minutes on high heat<br \/>\n7.
