{"id":18880,"date":"2023-03-02T10:15:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-02T02:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18880"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:34:06","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:34:06","slug":"no-bake-homemade-granola-bars-bypaigeashlie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/no-bake-homemade-granola-bars-bypaigeashlie","title":{"rendered":"No-bake Homemade Granola Bars"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups of rolled oats<br \/>\n1\/2 cup peanut or any nut butter<br \/>\n1\/3 cup shredded coconut<br \/>\n1\/4 cup maple syrup<br \/>\n1 tbsp coconut oil, melted<br \/>\n2 flax eggs (2 tbsp ground flax seed @canmarfoods 6 tbsp water)<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp sea salt<br \/>\n1\/2 &#8211; 1 tsp cinnamon *optional<br \/>\n2 (heaping) tbsp mini chocolate chips (I use @enjoylifefoods)<br \/>\n1 scoop collagen, @vitalproteins *optional, but the collagen adds extra protein.<br \/>\nTop with flakey sea salt<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>In a small bowl, make your flax egg and let set for 5 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, add all of your dry ingredients and mix well.<br \/>\nOn the stove over low heat or in the microwave, gently melt your nut butter and coconut oil, once melted add to dry ingredients and mix in remaining ingredients.<br \/>\nOnce well mixed, take a loaf tin or baking dish and line with parchment paper, take the granola mixture and pour into pan.<br \/>\nSpread evenly and take a spatula to really press down the mixture.<br \/>\nPlace in fridge or freezer for 45 minutes, remove and cut into bars. I like to individually wrap the bars and keep on hand in the freezer.<br \/>\nWhen ready to eat, remove and let thaw for a few minutes!
