{"id":18662,"date":"2023-03-01T12:45:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-01T04:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18662"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:34:09","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:34:09","slug":"thai-green-chicken-curry-katz__kitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/thai-green-chicken-curry-katz__kitchen","title":{"rendered":"Thai Green Chicken Curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Green Curry Paste Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4 tbsp of ginger paste<br \/>\n8 cloves of garlic<br \/>\n3 lemon grass stalks, sliced<br \/>\n2 large green cayenne peppers<br \/>\n10 green chillies<br \/>\n2 tbsp of peanut oil<br \/>\n1\/4 cup of water<br \/>\n1 tbsp of ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tbsp of ground coriander<br \/>\n1 tsp of turmeric<br \/>\n1\/4 cup fo fresh coriander<br \/>\n1 small onion<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1kg chicken thigh, cut into pieces<br \/>\ngreen curry paste<br \/>\n6 kaffir lime leaves<br \/>\n1 tbsp of fish sauce<br \/>\n1 can (400mL) of coconut cream<br \/>\n2 cups of water<br \/>\nsalt and oil, to taste<br \/>\n1.5 tbsp of sugar<br \/>\n1 large green capsicum, sliced<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Blend all the ingredients to create the curry paste and set it aside<br \/>\n2. In some oil, add the chicken and lightly fry until it turns white<br \/>\n3. Add kaffir lime leaves, the green curry paste, water, salt and fish sauce<br \/>\n4. Add the coconut cream and the capsicum<br \/>\n5. Simmer on low for 20-30 minutes<br \/>\n6. Add sugar and reduce liquid to desired thickness<br \/>\n7.
