{"id":18660,"date":"2023-03-01T12:25:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-01T04:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18660"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:34:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:34:12","slug":"chicken-mansaf-saharskitchen_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-mansaf-saharskitchen_","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Mansaf"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 breast chicken pieces<br \/>\n4 bay leaves<br \/>\n2 onions quartered<br \/>\n7 garlic cloves<br \/>\n2 cinnamon sticks<br \/>\n1 tablespoon Pepper corns<br \/>\n1 and a half cup Basmati rice<br \/>\n1 tablespoon cardamom pods<br \/>\n1 teaspoon Turmeric<br \/>\n1\/2 tablespoon mix spice<br \/>\n2 tablespoon ghee butter<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tablespoon @ummbaharat -Mansaf spice<br \/>\nToasted Nuts for garnish<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Add chicken, bay leaves, onion, garlic cloves, cinnamon sticks, peppercorn, cardamom pods &amp; salt in a pot.<br \/>\ncover with boiling water &amp; leave to simmer on medium heat for about an hour.<br \/>\n( Add water that is enough to cook the rice later &amp; extra )<br \/>\nOnce done, remove the chicken and strain the chicken stock &amp; reserve stock for the rice.<br \/>\nShred the chicken into pieces and set aside.
