{"id":18648,"date":"2023-03-01T11:25:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-01T03:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18648"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:34:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:34:12","slug":"maamoul-mad-with-ashta-insidereereeskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/maamoul-mad-with-ashta-insidereereeskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Maamoul Mad With Ashta"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 cup flour<br \/>\n1 cup coarse samolina<br \/>\n1\/4 cup sugar<br \/>\nHalf cup ghee (room temprature)<br \/>\nHalf cup full cream milk<br \/>\n1 tsp bicarbonate<br \/>\n1 tsp dry yeast<br \/>\nHalf cup pistachio (optional)<br \/>\nAshta (see ashta recipe)<br \/>\nAtar\/syrup (see atar recipe)<\/p>\n<h2>Intructions<\/h2>\n<p>In a deep bowl, mix all the dry ingredients very well together.<br \/>\nAdd your ghee then rub between your hands to make sure that all covered by butter, mixture will be like sand.<br \/>\nAdd milk and mix until you form a dough, if you think its too runny you can add extra tbsp of flour and samolina.<br \/>\nCover and let it rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes divide the dough into 2 halves and take one part of the dough and flatten evenly all over your tray.<br \/>\nSprinkle some pistachio on top than add your ready made ashta, spread evenly. Sprinkle more pistachio on top of the ashta.<br \/>\nUsing parchment paper place the remaining dough between 2 sheets than gently roll it between the paper or cut one paper same size as the tray and spread the dough on it.<br \/>\nTurn the dough carefully over the cream and press gently.
