Heat enough vegetable oil to deep fry over low to medium heat.<br \/>\n2. Mix the plain flour in all the spices above. Mix the chickpea flour with water, ensure its good thick consistency which would stick to the vegan chicken wing.<br \/>\n3. Take a vegan chicken piece, cover in the spiced flour and then coat generously in chickpea batter and back into the spiced flour batter.<br \/>\n4. Deep fry the vegan chicken wing for 2 minutes on each side until crispy!<br \/>\n5.
