{"id":18643,"date":"2023-03-01T10:45:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-01T02:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18643"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:34:15","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:34:15","slug":"shishbarak-insidereereeskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/shishbarak-insidereereeskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Shishbarak"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>For the dough you need :<\/strong><br \/>\n3 cups flour sifted<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 cup water<br \/>\n<strong>For the stuffing you need :<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/2 kilo mince meat<br \/>\n1 onion diced<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nBlack Pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp 7 spices<br \/>\nPine nuts (optional)<br \/>\n<strong>For the yogurt you need :<\/strong><br \/>\n2 litres goat yogurt<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nFresh garlic crushed<br \/>\n1 bunch fresh coriander finely chopped<br \/>\n2-3 tbsp Ghee<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>To make the filling you need to cook mince meat until changes colour.<br \/>\nAdd onion and cook till onions soften.<br \/>\nAdd salt, black pepper and seven spices. Add pine nuts and keep cooking until meat is fully cooked.<br \/>\nSet it aside to cool. To make the dough you need to sift flour and salt into a mixing bowl.<br \/>\nCreate a well in the centre and add 1 cup water. Knead very well for 5 minutes than divide it and cover for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nAfter 10 minutes start rolling out the dough into a thin circle using a rolling pin. Using a round cutter, cut your dough into mini circles.<br \/>\nFill the dough with mince mixture than fold in half and press the edges to seal. Than connect the two ends to create the dumpling shape.<br \/>\nContinue with the same process to complete the rest.<br \/>\nFor the yogurt. In a pot add yogurt you may need to add a bit of water to the yogurt if its too thick. Whisk until yogurt is boiling.<br \/>\nOnce boiled add salt and dumplings bit by bit. Let it cook until dumplings is cooked. In a skillet add ghee garlic and coriander.<br \/>\nCook for few minutes than add to the yogurt.<br \/>\nLet it cook for few minutes than turn off the heat.<br \/>\nServe with mjadara.
