{"id":18637,"date":"2023-03-01T10:05:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-01T02:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18637"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:34:15","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:34:15","slug":"spinach-ricotta-pastries-halalfoodieguru","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/spinach-ricotta-pastries-halalfoodieguru","title":{"rendered":"Spinach &#038; Ricotta Pastries"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>375 grams ricotta cheese<br \/>\n200 grams fetta cheese (crumbled)<br \/>\n80 grams pizza blend cheese<br \/>\n2 x 120 grams bags of baby spinach leaves<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n4 sheets puff pastry partially thawed<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h2>To Decorate The Rolls<\/h2>\n<p>1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional<br \/>\n1 egg lightly whisked (or you can use 100ml of milk for milk wash)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Preheat oven to 210 degrees.<br \/>\nIn a pot, cook the spinach lightly just to help wilt. Once wilted, place in colander and squeeze out excess water.<br \/>\nPlace the ricotta, fetta, pizza blend cheese, wilted baby spinach leaves, 1 egg, salt and pepper into a large bowl and stir until all of the ingredients have combined.<br \/>\nBreak the extra egg into a small bowl and lightly whisk. Or you can use milk instead here.<br \/>\nPlace the partially thawed pastry sheets onto your bench and cut in half lengthways.
