In another pan, saute\u0301 the meat for 5 minutes or until it changes colour than add onions, cook for few minutes than add the green and red capsicum.<br \/>\nCook for 5 minutes than add the tomato can and the water. the spices, and tomato can, than add water and the spices. simmer for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nOnce it&#8217;s done add 1 cup Mozeralla cheese to the mix and mix it till all the cheese melt. In an oven tray lay the eggplplant in the base of the tray top it with the meat mixture than make qnother layer of the eggplant than add the rest of the mixture on top.<br \/>\n\\Top it with mozeralla cheese and bake it on 250c for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is golden.<br \/>\nServe with lebanese or white rice.
