{"id":18609,"date":"2023-02-28T11:04:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-28T03:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18609"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:34:22","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:34:22","slug":"gnocchi-bake-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/gnocchi-bake-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Gnocchi Bake"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 pack of Gnocchi<br \/>\n2 large merguez ( sausage)<br \/>\n4 Cloves of garlic (diced)<br \/>\n1 Medium red onion ( diced)<br \/>\nI Can tin tomato<br \/>\n1 tbsp- Oregano<br \/>\n1 tsp- Dried chilli<br \/>\n1 tbsp- Paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp- Black pepper<br \/>\nChicken pieces ( I used left over grilled chicken )<br \/>\nParsley couple of strand depending on preference<br \/>\nI pack Mozzarella cheese ( sliced )<br \/>\nOil to fry<br \/>\nDo not add salt, sausage contains salt.<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Boil the gnocchi, follow instructions on packing<br \/>\nTake the thin linen of the sausages and cut in small pieces<br \/>\nIn a pan add oil followed by garlic and onion let it saute\u0301<br \/>\nAdd sausage and cook for 5 minutes<br \/>\nAdd tin tomatoes and stir until consistency you want, not too watery<br \/>\nAdd all the dried herbs\/spices above and mix well<br \/>\nAdd the chicken and cook for 2 minutes<br \/>\nAdd the gnocchi and parsley stir for a minute<br \/>\nAdd the mozzarella cheese<br \/>\nFinish cooking in the oven for 15 minutes on 180<br \/>\nVoila ! Ready to be served.
