{"id":18597,"date":"2023-02-28T09:04:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-28T01:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18597"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:34:25","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:34:25","slug":"fasoulyah-saharskitchen_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/fasoulyah-saharskitchen_","title":{"rendered":"Fasoulyah"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500g meat pieces ( small bite size )<br \/>\n500g of borlotti beans<br \/>\nBunch of fresh coriander chopped<br \/>\nWhole bulb garlic crushed<br \/>\nHalf a 500g tomato paste jar (I add abit more then half a jar to make broth thicker, add to your likings)<br \/>\nSalt<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Soak beans over night with a lot of water.<br \/>\nThe next day, drain the beans and add to a big pot and sprinkle 1 teaspoon bicarb soda.<br \/>\nAdd a lot of boiling water to the beans and leave to boil until soft. Test by squishing one or biting one. If abit still hard leave to boil more until soft.<br \/>\n(The water will turn dark red that\u2019s fine )<br \/>\nWhen done drain and put aside.<br \/>\nWash the pot and add the meat, cook then put aside onto a plate.<br \/>\nWash pot, add ghee and fry the coriander and garlic together.<br \/>\nThen add meat and mix together well.<br \/>\nAdd beans and gently mix together.<br \/>\nAdd tomato paste and pour in boiling water till water is covering the beans and meat. Mix gently till tomato paste has all melted, leave to boil for 15-20 minutes.
