I used barramundi fillets<br \/>\n1 cup of plain flour<br \/>\n1\/4 cup of cornflour<br \/>\n1 tsp of baking powder<br \/>\n250ml cold sparkling water<br \/>\n1 tsp garlic powder<br \/>\n1 tsp smoked paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp turmeric for colour<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>for the batter, mix together flour, cornflour, baking powder.<br \/>\nThen gradually add sparkling water. Season with salt and pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika &amp; turmeric .<br \/>\npat the fish dry &amp; dip the fish into the batter and allow the excess to drip off.<br \/>\ndeep fry fish for about 3-5 minutes, flipping half way.<br \/>\nserve with deep fried chips, tartare sauce and lemon wedges.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients- Any fish you like.
