{"id":18571,"date":"2023-02-26T13:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-26T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18571"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:34:28","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:34:28","slug":"lemon-pound-cake-meandmyfood2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/lemon-pound-cake-meandmyfood2020","title":{"rendered":"Lemon Pound Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 1\/2 cups organic all-purpose flour<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups organic spelt wheat flour<br \/>\n1 Tbsp baking powder<br \/>\n3\u20444 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 cup sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 cup monk fruit sweetener<br \/>\n1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature<br \/>\n8oz cream cheese, room temperature<br \/>\n5 large eggs<br \/>\n1 cup whole milk<br \/>\n6 Tbsp lemon juice<br \/>\n1 lemon, zested<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\n1 tsp lemon extract<br \/>\nLemon glaze: 1\/2 cup powdered sugar with 2 tbsp lemon juice<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350F, generously grease the Bundt pan with veggie oil spray just before pour in the batter<br \/>\n1. In a medium bowl, sift flours, baking powder and salt, mix together and set aside<br \/>\n2. In another large bowl, use electric hand mixer cream the butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract, lemon extract, sugar and sweetener until smooth<br \/>\n3. Add eggs one at a time, beating until well blended after each one<br \/>\n4. Add dry ingredients in three additions to butter mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Beat at low speed just until blended after each addition. Mix in lemon juice and zest<br \/>\n5. Pour the batter into well greased Bundt cake pan, bake in the oven 350F for 55-65 minutes. Check with tooth pick in the center until pulls out clean<br \/>\n6. Take out of the oven and cool in the pan for 15 minutes and then flip over to the cooling wire until completely cool<br \/>\n7.
