{"id":18563,"date":"2023-02-26T11:40:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-26T03:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18563"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:34:31","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:34:31","slug":"spring-rolls-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/spring-rolls-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Spring Rolls"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 pack of TYJ spring rolls pastry (or any other brand, 20 pcs of 21 x 21 cm)<br \/>\n1 tbsp cornstarch dilute in 1 tbsp of water (for sealing rolls)<br \/>\nOil for deep frying<\/p>\n<h2>Filling<\/h2>\n<p>200g minced chicken\/ whatever meat u like<br \/>\n500g Cabbage, remove core, finely chopped<br \/>\n2 carrots (200g), finely chopped<br \/>\n4-5 stalks green onion (200g), chopped<br \/>\n5 shiitake mushrooms, chopped<br \/>\n2-3 tbsp oysters sauce<br \/>\n2-3 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp white sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp white Pepper<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp stock powder<br \/>\nSalt if needed<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Combine all filling ingredients in a large bowl<br \/>\n2. Carefully peel off wrapper one at a time,<br \/>\n3. place the pointy edge of the wrapper in front of you onto a working surface<br \/>\n4. scoop out 2-3 tbsp of filling and place it on the bottom of the wrapper. Roll up halfway, fold left and right sides into the centre. Then roll it up. Use cornstarch mixture to seal. Repeat for the remaining<br \/>\n5. Heat generous amounts of oil, deep fry 5-6 spring rolls at a time until golden brown over medium heat (2-3mins)<br \/>\n6.
