Heat oil up to fry over medium heat. Chop up your tofu in cubes and coat with a generous amount of cornflour.<br \/>\n2. Fry in batches for 4-5 minutes ensuring each side of the tofu has crisped up. Let it rest on a kitchen tissue to drain excess oil.<br \/>\n3. For the sauce mix together the dark soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, Chinese 5 spice and 1 Tsp Cornflour with 2 Tbsp Water mixture.<br \/>\n4. On a non stick pan add your celery and sauce over medium to low heat. Once it starts to thicken add your tofu blocks and mix until well coated.
