To some oil, add the chickpeas, chilli powder and turmeric<br \/>\n2. Mix and fry the chickpeas until they form a slight brown colour and set aside<br \/>\n3. To a large bowl, add the steamed broccoli, cucumber, red onion, cooked chickpeas and coriander<br \/>\n4. Season with lemon juice, salt and mustard oil before combining everything<br \/>\n5.
