To some hot oil, add the garlic and saute\u0301<br \/>\n2. Once the garlic turns starts turning brown, add the chilli oil, soy sauce, pasta water, maple syrup and parmesan cheese<br \/>\n3. Mix this well and bring it to a boil<br \/>\n4. Once the sauce starts bubbling add in the cooked penne and some more parmesan cheese<br \/>\n5. Mix well<br \/>\n6. Garnish with more parmesan, fresh coriander and chilli flakes<br \/>\n7.
