Drain the grease and then add in the onion and cook till onions are soft.<br \/>\nAdd in the capsicum paste, 7 spice, pine nuts, ghee, Salt&amp;pepper. Cook all together for another few minutes then set aside.<br \/>\nPeel the potatoes and cut them in half. With a spoon scrape out the middle of the potato to create something like a boat<br \/>\nDeep fry the potato\u2019s half way and set aside on a paper towel. ( you can boil the potatoes if you prefer )<\/p>\n<h2>Steps For The Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>Cook garlic in oil and then add in the tomato paste &amp; salt and stir together.<br \/>\nPour in around 3 cups of boiling water and leave to simmer till it thickens for about 10 min .
