Add the onions and chillies to a pan and saute\u0301<br \/>\n2. Add the prawns, turmeric and chilli powder before saute\u0301ing some more<br \/>\n3. Add the mustard seeds and saute\u0301 again<br \/>\n4. Add the eggplant and tomatoes<br \/>\n5. Mix well, season with salt and add water<br \/>\n6. Simmer on low for about 15-20 minutes, until the eggplant is soft and tender<br \/>\n7.
