{"id":18478,"date":"2023-02-24T09:25:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-24T01:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18478"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:34:45","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:34:45","slug":"creamy-garlic-prawns-insidereereeskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/creamy-garlic-prawns-insidereereeskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Garlic Prawns"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500g prawns<br \/>\n1 tablespoon olive oil<br \/>\n2 tablespoon butter<br \/>\n2 tablespoons minced garlic<br \/>\n1 cup chicken broth (stock)<br \/>\n1 cup heavy cream<br \/>\n1\/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese<br \/>\njuice of 1 lemon (adjust to your tastes)<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nBlack pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablspoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until butter has melted and pan is hot.<br \/>\nFry the prawns on each side until changing colour and sprinkle with salt and pepper.<br \/>\nOnce cooked set aside. In the same skillet melt the remaining butter, add the garlic and fry until fragrant (about 1 minute).<br \/>\nReduce heat to low-medium heat, add the broth and cream. Add in the parmesan cheese.<br \/>\nSeason with salt and pepper to your taste; Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer; Pour in the lemon juice, allow to simmer for a further minute to combine.<br \/>\nAdd the prawns back into the pan, allow to simmer until the sauce is thickens.<br \/>\nServe with the sauce over pasta, or rice.
