In a bowl mix together the flour, sugar and baking powder.<br \/>\n2. In a glass mix together the oat milk, apple cider vinegar and vanilla essence. Let it sit for 5 minutes.<br \/>\n3. Combine the wet mixture into the dry mixture whisking for 2-3minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes.<br \/>\n4. Pour a ladle full on to a nonstick pan over medium heat. After 45 seconds flip over when you start to see it bubble.<br \/>\n5.
