{"id":18474,"date":"2023-02-24T08:45:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-24T00:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18474"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:34:47","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:34:47","slug":"keto-french-orange-tart-sarahsteffens_personalchef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/keto-french-orange-tart-sarahsteffens_personalchef","title":{"rendered":"Keto French Orange Tart"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Crust:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 1\u20444 cup raw almonds<br \/>\n2 tablespoons natural almond butter, melted<br \/>\n1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted<br \/>\n1\u20444 teaspoon fine sea salt<br \/>\n1 large egg white<br \/>\n<strong>Tart Filling:<\/strong><br \/>\n3\u20444 cup full-fat cottage cheese<br \/>\n4 tablespoons plain cream cheese<br \/>\n1\u20444 cup Swerve confectioners\u2019 sugar<br \/>\n2 packets of Real Ketones Orange Blast D-BHB powder<br \/>\nZest from 1 medium orange<br \/>\n1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract<br \/>\n1 large egg<br \/>\n1 large egg yolk<br \/>\n<strong>Optional Garnishes:<\/strong><br \/>\nFresh mint leaves<br \/>\nFresh pomegranate seeds<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C).<br \/>\nLine the inside of a dessert tart pan with parchment paper.<br \/>\nPulse the raw almonds in a food processor until fine but still a little crumbly.<br \/>\nTransfer to a bowl and stir in the melted almond butter, melted coconut oil, sea salt, and large egg white.<br \/>\nPress into the tart pan, using your fingers to ensure it is evenly covering the pan.<br \/>\nBake in the oven until golden brown, or about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and reduce its heat to 325 F (160 C).<br \/>\nLet the crust cool for 15 minutes.<br \/>\nRinse and dry the food processor bowl and put all of the tart filling ingredients in it and pulse until very creamy.<br \/>\nPour the filling in the tart pan, over the crust, and bake in the oven for 35 minutes.<br \/>\nRemove from the oven and allow to completely cool in the fridge until ready to serve.
