{"id":18470,"date":"2023-02-24T08:05:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-24T00:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18470"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:34:47","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:34:47","slug":"lamb-chops-served-with-chickpea-salad-saharskitchen_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/lamb-chops-served-with-chickpea-salad-saharskitchen_","title":{"rendered":"Lamb Chops Served With Chickpea Salad"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients For The Lamb Chops<\/h2>\n<p>Half a kilo ( 6 pieces) lamb chops<br \/>\n1 tablespoon Fresh chopped Thyme<br \/>\n2 tablespoon fresh chopped<br \/>\nrosemary<br \/>\n2 tablespoon Fresh chopped parsley<br \/>\n6 crushed garlic<br \/>\nAround 100ml Olive oil<br \/>\nPinch of cayenne pepper<br \/>\nSalt<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl very well then spread the marinade on the lamb chops on both side equally &amp; cover with glad wrap and leave it to marinate in the fridge for Atleast 3-6 hours or over night .<br \/>\nRemove the lamb chops from the fridge 20 min before pan frying to allow them to return to room temperature .<br \/>\nHeat 1-2 table spoon of Olive oil in a pan on high heat . Fry off the lamb chops for about 4-5 on each side until the lamb chops start to brown abit. Cook for a couple more mins if you prefer your lamb chops more well done. Remove with tongs and cover with foil and leave to rest for 10 mins before serving.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients For The Chickpea Salad<\/h2>\n<p>1 can of chickpeas<br \/>\n2 large tomato\u2019s<br \/>\nHandful fresh mint leaves<br \/>\nHandful fresh parsley<br \/>\n1 red onion<br \/>\n2 table spoon of olive oil<br \/>\nChilli flakes\/ fresh chilli ( optional)<br \/>\nPepper &amp; salt<br \/>\n2 crushed garlic<br \/>\nHalf a packet of feta cheese diced into cubes ( add more cheese if you like )<br \/>\nJuice of 2-3 lemon-<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Chop up the tomato, mint &amp; parsley.<br \/>\nSlice the red onions thinly .<br \/>\ncrush the garlic .<br \/>\nDrain the chickpeas.<br \/>\nAdd them all into a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, salt &amp; pepper and Chilli . Mix all together very well.<br \/>\nWhen everything is mixed and combined, add the feta cheese and lightly mix together again.
