In a bowl whisk together melted vegan butter, oat milk and sugar. The mixture should feel at room temperature.<br \/>\n2. Sprinkle yeast all over and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then mix in your flour until well combined. Cover and let it sit for 1 hour.<br \/>\n3. Pre-heat the oven to bake at 180C<br \/>\n4. After an hour it should have doubled in size. Add in 45g of flour and knead until the dough doesn\u2019t stick to the surface. Add more flour if need be<br \/>\n5. Roll your dough out into a rectangle the best you can and generously brush coconut oil all over.<br \/>\n6. To make your filling mix together the cinnamon powder and sugar and generously sprinkle all over on top of the coconut oil.<br \/>\n7. Create 5cm width long strips and start rolling up pinching the ends ensure the cinnamon roll is secure.<br \/>\n8. Place them in a baking proof dish, cover and let them rise for 30 mins. Then cook them for 25-30 mins until golden brown.<br \/>\n9. Mix together your icing sugar and oat milk, if consistency is still too thick and a little more oat milk to loosen it up.<br \/>\n10.
