Pre-heat the oven to roast at 200c<br \/>\n2. Slice the cauliflower to make 2-3cm think steaks. Heat some olive oil and fry each cauliflower steak for 2 minutes on each side.<br \/>\n3. Mix all the spices above together sprinkling it generously after the two minutes are done on each side. Then roast for 15 minutes<br \/>\n4. In the mean time heat some olive oil and saute\u0301 the onion and garlic adding a sprinkle of salt.<br \/>\n5. Once the cauliflower steaks have roasted, assemble the two steaks on top of each other placing a spoonful of saute\u0301ed onion and garlic on top.<br \/>\n6.
