{"id":18439,"date":"2023-02-23T11:50:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-23T03:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18439"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:34:53","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:34:53","slug":"kifta-and-potato-served-with-lebanese-rice-saharskitchen_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/kifta-and-potato-served-with-lebanese-rice-saharskitchen_","title":{"rendered":"Kifta And Potato Served With Lebanese Rice"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>9 heaped table spoons of tomato-paste ( 500g jar )<br \/>\n2 large onion diced<br \/>\nAround 5-6 potatoes cut into cubes<br \/>\n1 kilo of kifta rolled into small balls<br \/>\n4 minced garlic cloves<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoons of 7 spice<br \/>\n3-4 table spoons of debes ramen ( pomegranate molasses)<br \/>\nfresh chopped parsley<br \/>\nSalt<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1.In a big deep pot, add in a big drizzle of oil and fry the kifta balls.<br \/>\n2.Once browned add in the onions and garlic.
