{"id":18435,"date":"2023-02-23T11:10:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-23T03:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18435"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:34:53","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:34:53","slug":"masalyedar-sindhi-biryani-bon_appetit_by_nadia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/masalyedar-sindhi-biryani-bon_appetit_by_nadia","title":{"rendered":"Masalyedar Sindhi Biryani"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Rice good quality basmati 2.5 cups soaked in water for 4-6 hours<br \/>\nWater 10 cups<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\nOil 2 tablespoons<br \/>\nBay leaves 2-3<br \/>\nCardamom 2-3<br \/>\nChicken with bones 1 kg<br \/>\nOnion 1 large thinly sliced<br \/>\nTomatoes 2 large<br \/>\nGinger garlic paste 2 tablespoons<br \/>\nSindhi biryani masala packet 1 @shanfoodsarabia<br \/>\nKashmiri red pepper 1 teaspoon<br \/>\nTurmeric powder 1 teaspoon<br \/>\nYogurt 1 cup<br \/>\nGreen chillies as desired<br \/>\nMint and coriander as desired<br \/>\nLemon slices<br \/>\noil 1\/2 cup<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>In a sauce pan add oil &amp; add onion until golden brown in color<br \/>\nAdd ginger garlic paste &amp; then add chicken pieces &amp; saute\u0301 fry on high flame Until color of chicken changes<br \/>\nAdd tomatoes , yogurt &amp; cook on high flame for 2-3 min<br \/>\nThen add 2 cups of water &amp; cook on low flame for 10-12 min until chicken is tender&amp; 1 cup gravy remains .
