Pan fry the meat with salt and pepper and put aside when browned on both sides.<br \/>\n2. melt a table spoon of olive butter &amp; oil in the same pan and saute the chopped minced garlic &amp; onion.<br \/>\nThen add the mushrooms and cook till saute\u0301ed.<br \/>\n3.
