{"id":18377,"date":"2023-02-21T12:56:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-21T04:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18377"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:35:04","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:35:04","slug":"homemade-beef-lasagne-halalfoodieguru","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/homemade-beef-lasagne-halalfoodieguru","title":{"rendered":"Homemade Beef Lasagne"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 onion, diced<br \/>\n2-3 cloves garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 packet of fresh lasagne sheets<br \/>\n1 &#8211; 1.5 cups of Pizza blend grated cheese<br \/>\n500 g minced beef<br \/>\n3 tbsp tomato paste<br \/>\n1 tsp dried oregano<br \/>\n1 tbsp dried Italian herbs<br \/>\n1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n1 capful @navilla.au Vanilla Essence<br \/>\n1 tsp vegeta<br \/>\n1-2 cans tinned diced tomatoes<br \/>\n1 tsp cinnamon powder<br \/>\n1 tsp mixed spices<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley<\/p>\n<h2>Be\u0301chamel Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>4 tbsp butter<br \/>\n4 tbsp plain flour<br \/>\n3 cups full fat milk<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n1 tsp vegeta<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Preheat oven to 180.<br \/>\nHeat the oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and garlic and cook till golden.<br \/>\nAdd beef and cook for 5-6 minutes, until browned. Stir often, breaking up any large chunks of meat with a spatula.<br \/>\nAdd the tomato paste, oregano, Italian herbs, Worcestershire sauce, @navilla.au vanilla essence, vegeta, cinnamon, mixed spice, tinned tomatoes, salt and pepper. Stir and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for 15 -20 minutes until thickened.<br \/>\nIn a seperate saucepan, add the butter and cook till melted.<br \/>\nOnce melted and bubbling slightly, add in the flour and whisk it into the butter.<br \/>\nKeep gently whisking over the heat for one or two minutes to cook the flour. Add in a good splash of milk, turn up the heat and stir with the whisk to mix thoroughly, continue till milk is finished.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t worry if you get a few lumps, keep stirring with the whisk and they will disappear as the sauce thickens. Once thickened, add in the salt &amp; pepper and vegeta. Stir together and then turn off the heat.<br \/>\nLayer the lasagne by sheet, meat sauce and bechamel till the last layer.
