Put aside to cool down<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients For The Kibi<\/h2>\n<p>1\/2 kilo kibi meat<br \/>\n1 cup of fine burghul<br \/>\nBunch of fresh basil leaves<br \/>\nSmall handful of fresh mint leaves<br \/>\n1 red capsicum<br \/>\n1 onion<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon 7 spice<br \/>\n1 teaspoon cumin<br \/>\n1 tablespoon capsicum paste<br \/>\nChilli Powder If you like<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Wash the burgul then pour in water just above the burghul by 1-2 cm. Leave aside till burghul has soaked up the water then squeeze excess water out if needed.<br \/>\nIn a chopper, blitz the capsicum, basil leaves, mint leaves &amp; onion till fine . Place in a strainer on top of a bowl till all juice comes out.<br \/>\nIn a bowl, add kibi meat, burghul, the basil mix, salt, 7 spice, cumin &amp; capsicum paste. Mix really well with abit of olive oil till all combined well.
