{"id":18363,"date":"2023-02-21T10:56:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-21T02:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18363"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:35:07","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:35:07","slug":"sayadieh-saharskitchen_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/sayadieh-saharskitchen_","title":{"rendered":"Sayadieh"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Half a kilo of snapper fillets<br \/>\n4 large onions diced<br \/>\n2 cups of basmati rice<br \/>\nOlive oil<br \/>\n1 tsp of cumin<br \/>\nA sprinkle of turmeric<br \/>\nNuts (pine nuts, almonds, cashews)<br \/>\nSalt&amp;pepper<br \/>\nParsley (optional) garnish<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>First season the fish with salt and pepper and pan fry till golden on both sides and leave to cool down before tearing into pieces.<br \/>\nHeat oil in a pan, add the chopped onions and leave to caramelise till they turn dark brown.<br \/>\nAdd boiling water for the amount of rice you\u2019re going to make and then add cumin, pepper &amp; salt.
