{"id":18359,"date":"2023-02-21T10:16:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-21T02:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18359"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:35:07","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:35:07","slug":"spicy-peri-peri-rice-chicken-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/spicy-peri-peri-rice-chicken-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Spicy Peri Peri Rice &Amp; Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 Small breast chicken ( scored )<br \/>\n1 tbsp- Peri peri seasoning @chefshefs<br \/>\n2 tbs- Peri peri sauce ( @nandosuk )<br \/>\n2 tbsp- Olive oil<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients For The Rice<\/h2>\n<p>1 Medium Onion (diced)<br \/>\n3 clove garlic<br \/>\n1- Pepper ( diced ) any colour<br \/>\n2 Cup of Basmati rice<br \/>\n2 tbsp- Peri peri seasoning @chefshef<br \/>\n1 tbsp- Paprika<br \/>\n1 Tbsp- Dried parsley<br \/>\n2 large Chicken stock cube dissolved in 3 cups of boiling hot water ( I used 6 mini cubes) @maggi_uk<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Wash, pat dry and score the chicken,<br \/>\nAdd peri peri seasoning and peri peri sauce<br \/>\nIn a pan add oil and fry the chicken 10 minutes on each side depending on size. Paste nandos sauce to keep it moist.<br \/>\nIn the same pan add all the rice ingredients excluding rice and chicken stock and stir until saute\u0301d.<br \/>\nAdd in the rice stir to combine ingredients,after 2 minutes add the stock water and put the chicken back in and close the lid.<br \/>\nCook for further 20 minutes on low heat until the rice is nice and fluffy<br \/>\nGarnish with greens of your choice<br \/>\nVoila!
