Set aside. In a bowl add diced tomatoes add, basil, and garlic, red onion, season with salt and pepper.<br \/>\nAdd oil and balsamic vinegar, mix until combined. Taste and adjust accordingly.<br \/>\nPlace the salad over the toasted bread slices, add just a drizzle of balsamic glaze over the top, and serve.
