{"id":18332,"date":"2023-02-19T12:21:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-19T04:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18332"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:35:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:35:13","slug":"baked-cranberry-chicken-with-rosemary-sarahsteffens_personalchef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/baked-cranberry-chicken-with-rosemary-sarahsteffens_personalchef","title":{"rendered":"Baked Cranberry Chicken With Rosemary"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Chicken:<\/strong><br \/>\n1\u20443 cup extra-virgin olive oil<br \/>\n1\u20444 cup Real Ketones Brown Sugar (omit for Whole30)<br \/>\n2 tablespoons white vinegar<br \/>\n6 medium garlic cloves, peeled &amp; minced<br \/>\n2 teaspoons sea salt<br \/>\n1 teaspoon black pepper<br \/>\n1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced<br \/>\n1 teaspoon sweet or smoked paprika<br \/>\nJuice from 1 medium lemon<br \/>\n1 cup fresh cranberries<br \/>\n1 medium yellow onion, peeled &amp; diced<br \/>\n1 pound of bone-in chicken (thighs or legs)<br \/>\n1 medium lemon, thinly sliced &amp; seeds removed<br \/>\n<strong>Garnish:<\/strong><br \/>\nFresh rosemary sprigs<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 400 F (205 C).<br \/>\nAdd the extra-virgin olive oil, Real Ketones Brown Sugar (omit for Whole30), white vinegar, garlic cloves, sea salt, black pepper, rosemary, paprika, and lemon juice to a large mixing bowl. Stir well.<br \/>\nStir in the fresh cranberries and yellow onion.<br \/>\nPat the chicken dry and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread the mixture of spices, cranberries and onion on top of the chicken, and all around it.<br \/>\nUse your hands to evenly distribute the mixture over the chicken.
