{"id":18330,"date":"2023-02-19T12:01:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-19T04:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18330"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:35:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:35:13","slug":"arrabiata-pasta-saharskitchen_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/arrabiata-pasta-saharskitchen_","title":{"rendered":"Arrabiata Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Penne pasta<br \/>\n7 crushed garlic<br \/>\nFresh basil chopped\/ ripped<br \/>\nKalamata olives pitted ( whole or sliced )<br \/>\n1 tablespoon of Italian herbs<br \/>\n2 cans of Italian peeled tomatoes (400g each )<br \/>\n1 tablespoon of tomato paste<br \/>\nRed chilli flakes ( add to your likings )<br \/>\n1 teaspoon of sugar<br \/>\nParmesan cheese for garnish<br \/>\nReserved 1\/2 cup pasta water<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Cook pasta according to packet instructions and set aside. ( keep 1\/2 cup of pasta water aside)<br \/>\nIn a pot, add around 3 tablespoons of olive oil and saute\u0301 the onion, garlic &amp; chilli.<br \/>\nThen add in the olives, cook for 2 minutes whilst mixing.<br \/>\nAdd in the tomato cans, tomato paste and mix together.<br \/>\nAdd salt, pepper, Italian herbs, more chilli if you like, sugar and mix really well.<br \/>\nPour in the pasta water and stir all together really well then throw in the basil leaves and leave to simmer for about 30 minutes. (make sure to taste to see if needs salt\/chilli ect)<br \/>\nThe big tomato\u2019s from the can will eventually become soft and break down<br \/>\nUse cooking spoon to break down extra if needed<br \/>\nWhen done, add pasta and mix all together.
