Coat an oven tray with olive oil.<br \/>\nIn a large bowl mix sour cream with a half cup of parmesan cheese, with the rest of the spices.<br \/>\nSalt, black pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder, parsley leaves and cornflour together.<br \/>\nIn your tray lay your chicken breasts than top each with mozzarella cheese you can use slices if you wish.<br \/>\nThan smother the chicken with the sour cream mixture. Top with the remaining parmesan cheese.<br \/>\nPut in the oven and cook for 1 hour.<br \/>\nOnce done garnish with chopped parsley and serve chicken over rice.
