Careful not to overcook.<br \/>\nIn another pot add the oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken till fully cooked. Remove and set aside.<br \/>\nIn the same skillet add butter and the onions and cook till soft add mushrooms and saute\u0301 until the mushrooms and onions are nicely seared.<br \/>\nReduce the heat to medium and stir in the garlic, Dijon mustard, Italian herbs, salt and black pepper and lemon juice.<br \/>\nCook for about 30 seconds.
