{"id":18263,"date":"2023-02-18T07:50:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-17T23:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18263"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:35:24","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:35:24","slug":"crispy-sesame-chicken-insidereereeskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/crispy-sesame-chicken-insidereereeskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Crispy Sesame Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 kilo chicken thighs<br \/>\nSesame oil<br \/>\nOil to fry the chicken<\/p>\n<h2>For the marinade we need<\/h2>\n<p>3 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 egg white<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nBlack pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp chopped garlic<br \/>\n2 tbsp corn flour<\/p>\n<h2>For the sauce we need<\/h2>\n<p>4 tbsp of honey<br \/>\n5 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n4 tbsp water<br \/>\n4 tbsp tomato sauce<br \/>\n3 tbsp brown sugar<br \/>\n2 tbsp vinegar<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Cut your chicken into cubes than marinate it with soy sauce, egg white, salt, black pepper, garlic and corn flour. Set it aside for 1 hour.<br \/>\nAfter 1 hour dip your chicken into corn flour and ensure it&#8217;s covered completely with corn flour.<br \/>\nIn a skillet add oil and cook the chicken for around 4-5 minutes take it out than double fry it again for another 5 minutes till its crispy.<br \/>\nIn a bowl combine all the sauce ingredients, put it in a pan than bring it to simmer.<br \/>\nOnce your sauce thickens add your chicken and mix than add your sesame oil than add sesame seeds and mix.<br \/>\nOnce the sauce is not longer runny and thick remove of the heat.
