In a cup add the warm water and yeast and let it sit for 6 minutes<br \/>\n2. After 6 minutes in a mixing bowl add the flour, white sugar, salt, olive oil and the yeast mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon and then use your hand to knead well until all ingredients are well incorporated. Cover for 1 hour in a warm place<br \/>\n3. After an hour roll out the dough as rectangular as you can.<br \/>\n4. Spread a thin layer of tomato paste all over, sprinkling mixed herbs, flakey salt and garlic granules all over<br \/>\n5. Place your cheese slices all over creating long strips using a pizza cutter<br \/>\n6. Start rolling strip my strip and place in a baking dish<br \/>\n7.
