{"id":18222,"date":"2023-02-17T06:50:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-16T22:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18222"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:35:32","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:35:32","slug":"blueberry-overnight-oats-normasfooddiary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/blueberry-overnight-oats-normasfooddiary","title":{"rendered":"Blueberry Overnight Oats"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 punnets of fresh Blueberries<br \/>\n1 cup rolled oats<br \/>\n1 cup milk (plant-based or full cream)<br \/>\n1\u20442 cup Greek yoghurt<br \/>\n3 tablespoons chia seeds<br \/>\n2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup<br \/>\nA squeeze of half an orange<br \/>\n1 teaspoon caster sugar<br \/>\n1 tablespoon water<br \/>\n1\u20442 teaspoon cornstarch in water<br \/>\n4 tablespoons Peanut butter<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>In a small saucepan add 1 punnet of fresh Blueberries, orange juice, sugar and water bring to a boil; lower heat and gently simmer.<br \/>\nCombine the cornstarch with the extra water until dissolved and stir it into the blueberries.<br \/>\nContinue to simmer while stirring occasionally, until the sauce begins to thicken and coats the back of a metal spoon.
