{"id":18220,"date":"2023-02-16T13:22:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-16T05:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18220"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:35:32","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:35:32","slug":"creamy-chicken-mushroom-pasta-saharskitchen_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/creamy-chicken-mushroom-pasta-saharskitchen_","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Chicken Mushroom Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 kilo chicken breast cut into cubes<br \/>\n1 packet of Any type of pasta cooked<br \/>\n1 tablespoon Italian herbs<br \/>\n1 tablespoon Dried oregano<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon Nutmeg<br \/>\n1 teaspoon Dried basil<br \/>\n1 chicken stock cube<br \/>\n1 diced onion<br \/>\n7 crushed garlic<br \/>\n400g sliced mushrooms<br \/>\nHandful fresh parsley chopped<br \/>\n2 thickened cream bottles (600ml each)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup of Parmesan cheese<br \/>\n2 tablespoon gravy powder dissolved in hot water<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>In a pot with olive oil, cook the chicken halfway ( I seasoned my chicken with paprika &amp; Italian herbs ) then add in the chicken stock cube, diced onion &amp; crushed garlic. Mix till onions are saute\u0301ed.<br \/>\nAdd in the sliced fresh mushrooms &amp; chopped parsley and cook till the mushrooms are tender .<br \/>\nAdd in all the spices to the mushrooms , nutmeg, dried oregano, Italian herbs, dried basil and mix all together. Cook off the spices for 2 minutes.<br \/>\npour in both thickened cream &amp; gravy mixture. Stir together really well and leave to simmer for about 15-20 min till sauce has thickened.<br \/>\nadd in the Parmesan cheese and mix till melted thru.
