Heat up the oil and add in the chopped kaffir lime leaves, garlic and ginger paste and dried red chillies<br \/>\n2. Let the flavours infuse for a couple of minutes before adding in the chopped sweet potato, coconut milk, turmeric, chilli powder, salt and sugar<br \/>\n3. Mix well and let it simmer on low heat for around 20 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are soft<br \/>\n4.
