{"id":18160,"date":"2023-02-15T08:48:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-15T00:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18160"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:35:46","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:35:46","slug":"aglio-e-olio-pasta-with-salmon-saharskitchen_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/aglio-e-olio-pasta-with-salmon-saharskitchen_","title":{"rendered":"Aglio E Olio Pasta With Salmon"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Half a packet Spaghetti-reserve 1 cup of pasta water<br \/>\n7 garlic cloves-thinly sliced or crushed<br \/>\n1 fresh chilli or chilli flakes-add to your liking<br \/>\nExtra virgin olive oil<br \/>\nFresh grated Parmigiana Reggiano<br \/>\nPacket of Cherry tomatoes<br \/>\nSmall packet of fresh Spinach<br \/>\nBunch of fresh parsley-finely chopped<br \/>\nSalt &amp; pepper to taste<br \/>\nFresh salmon<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions-<\/h2>\n<p>In a deep pan, heat up a generous amount of olive oil and saute\u0301 the garlic and chilli on medium heat for about 8-10min till lightly golden.<br \/>\nAdd in the tomato\u2019s and saute\u0301 for a couple minutes, add in the pasta and mix thru together.<br \/>\nAdd in the Parmesan cheese &amp; the cup of persevered pasta water and mix till the Parmesan cheese has melted thru very well!<br \/>\nMix thru the parsley then Turn off heat and toss in the spinach<br \/>\n( add salt to taste if needed )<br \/>\nSalt and pepper the salmon &amp; Pan fry salmon to your likings.
