{"id":18156,"date":"2023-02-15T08:08:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-15T00:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18156"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:35:46","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:35:46","slug":"grilled-chicken-margherita-sarahsteffens_personalchef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/grilled-chicken-margherita-sarahsteffens_personalchef","title":{"rendered":"Grilled Chicken Margherita"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4 1-ounce slices of buffalo mozzarella cheese<\/p>\n<h2>Chicken<\/h2>\n<p>1 pound of boneless &amp; skinless chicken breast cutlets<br \/>\n2 tablespoons olive oil<br \/>\n1 teaspoon sea salt<br \/>\n1\u20442 teaspoon black pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Cherry Tomatoes<\/h2>\n<p>1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered<br \/>\n1\u20444 cup fresh basil, minced<br \/>\n1\u20442 teaspoon sea salt<br \/>\n1\u20444 teaspoon black pepper<br \/>\n1 tablespoon red wine vinegar<\/p>\n<h2>Pesto<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups fresh basil leaves<br \/>\nJuice and zest from 1\u20442 medium lemon<br \/>\n1 teaspoon sea salt<br \/>\n1 medium garlic clove<br \/>\n1\u20442 cup pine nuts<br \/>\n1\u20444 cup grated parmesan cheese<br \/>\n1\u20444 cup olive oil<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Marinate chicken in the olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl while you prepare the cherry tomatoes and pesto.<br \/>\nPrepare the cherry tomatoes by mixing the quartered tomatoes, minced basil, sea salt, black pepper, and red wine vinegar in a bowl. Set aside.<br \/>\nPulse all pesto ingredients in a food processor until creamy and well-combined. Set aside.<br \/>\nHeat a grill pan to medium-high. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill pan and do not move once they are in the pan.<br \/>\nThis will ensure they get even grill lines. Cover with aluminum foil and let sear for 6 minutes. Flip, and continue to grill for 6 more minutes. Turn off the stove heat.<br \/>\nRemove the foil and spread each breast with pesto.
