{"id":18144,"date":"2023-02-14T11:58:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-14T03:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18144"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:35:49","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:35:49","slug":"ward-esham-korkyskitchenofficial_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/ward-esham-korkyskitchenofficial_","title":{"rendered":"Ward Esham"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 packet of filo pastry<br \/>\n1\/2 kilo @tarekabdelrahimelwazzicreamery<br \/>\n3 cups atar (sugar syrup )<br \/>\n1\/2 cup crushed pistachios for garnish<br \/>\n2 cups walnuts if you choose to add that in , I got this amazing idea from the beautiful @cookingwithmanel<br \/>\n200g ghee (melted and slightly cooled )<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Ensure you have atar ready and cooled before you begin , it\u2019s simply 2 cups caster sugar , 1 cup water , tea spoon of lemon juice in a pot and bring to a boil , simmer on a medium heat about 15-20 mins then turn off heat and add a dash of rose water or orange blossom water . Allow to cool completely.<br \/>\nWorking fast line each layer of filo with a generous amount of ghee not missing any spots , stack until the packet is finished .<br \/>\nCut with desired cookie cutter and grease a baking tray well with ghee and bake at 180 for about 15 mins until nice n golden , watch them well as ovens vary .<br \/>\nAs soon as they are done and hot drizzle with cooled sugar syrup .
