Heat the oil and add the shredded chicken, garlic and ginger paste and Gochujang paste<br \/>\n2. Mix and the chicken stock<br \/>\n3. Bring it to a boil and add the mozzarella<br \/>\n4. Once the sauce starts bubbling, add the cooked rigatoni and mix<br \/>\n5. Add parmesan cheese and stir until well combined<br \/>\n6. Garnish with spring onion<br \/>\n7.
