Cook the rice noodles according to packet instructions and set aside<br \/>\n2. Add the olive oil to a hot pan and chuck in the onion and cherry tomatoes<br \/>\n3. Add the chilli oil and saute\u0301 until the tomatoes become tender<br \/>\n4. Whisk the eggs and add it to the onions and tomatoes<br \/>\n5. Once the eggs are scrambled, add salt and the noodles<br \/>\n6. Stir well<br \/>\n7.
