Squash your bananas and add all wet ingredients on top egg, oil, and vanilla.<br \/>\nMix everything together very well. In another bowl combine all dry ingredients together flour, baking soda, sugar and salt.<br \/>\nAdd dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined. Pour into prepared tin and bake 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.<br \/>\nDo not overbake. Cool 5 minutes before removing and cooling on a baking rack.
