{"id":18091,"date":"2023-02-13T06:50:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-12T22:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18091"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:35:54","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:35:54","slug":"shiekh-el-mehshi-saharskitchen_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/shiekh-el-mehshi-saharskitchen_","title":{"rendered":"Shiekh El Mehshi"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients-<\/h2>\n<p>2-3 big egg plants peeled and sliced<br \/>\n2 litres of goat yogurt<br \/>\nWhole head of garlic cloves crushed<br \/>\n2 tablespoons of dried mint<br \/>\n3 tablespoons of cornflour<br \/>\nHalf a kilo of minced meat<br \/>\n1 small onion finely diced<br \/>\n1 teaspoon of the 7 spice\/mixed spice<br \/>\nPine nuts<br \/>\nGhee<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Peel, slice or dice them chunky, salt the eggplants then lay flat on paper towels for about 25 mins to remove moisture. Fry till golden then set aside.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, cook the minced meat, onion, salt &amp; 7 spice till browned.
